Today, KMG International (Rompetrol) launched the training program dedicated to technical students and graduates, a tradition of over 20 years through which the Group provides young specialists with the chance to have a career in the energy sector.

Rompetrol Rafinare, a KMG International Group (Rompetrol) member company, has recently finalized modernizing the Delayed Coking Unit (Cx) of the Petromidia refinery, by implementing a new drilling/cutting system of petroleum coke, but also the automation of the production flow. The total value of the investment was about 13 million dollars.

Rompetrol has published the Group's Sustainability Report, providing a detailed analysis of the Group's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. The report details the activities of relevant companies across the entire value chain that fall under the sustainability reporting directive, including publicly listed companies such as Rompetrol Rafinare and Rompetrol Well Services, as well as other entities in Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, and the Republic of Moldova. The report is audited by EY.

Rompetrol Rafinare, member company of the KMG International Group (Rompetrol), has renewed the Hydrogen Power Plant (HPP) in the Petromidia refinery, through an investment of almost 10 million dollars.

The project aimed at replacing all the subassemblies that make up the reformer furnace, the most important and most complex part consisting in changing the 114 vertical tubes that store the catalyst needed for the reforming reaction.

Rompetrol Rafinare, a member company of the KMG International Group (Rompetrol), initiated the processes of restarting the production facilities at the Petromidia Navodari refinery, after the timely completion of the maintenance, recertification, and modernization of the units. The installations will enter the production flow in stages, reaching optimal capacity in the shortest possible time.

With a new visual identity since last year, the program Together We Grow, has a tradition of 23 years and is intended to identify and attract candidates with potential to occupy the roles available within the companies of the Group.
